Pai Mu Tan white tea originates from the Hunan province of China and has large leaves with silver tips. Renowned for its delicate aroma and refreshing properties, white tea is a specialty of Fujian province in China. Traditionally, it has only been produced in harvests of exceptional quality and was once reserved for emperors and high-ranking officials of the Chinese Empire. These teas are the least processed of all teas.
